The counterpart to Skadi of the Unseelie Court, Aurora is the first of the Yuki-onna, terrifyingly beautiful fey of winter that wander the frozen lands of the Feywild. Equally depicted as alone in a gentle snowstorm, and as living in grand castles built with perfect precision and in perfect harmony with nature, Aurora and her kin are often worshipped by those who idealise the culture and beauty that comes with winter.
