==== Zenith's Crossing ====
The small town of Zenith's Crossing (aptly named after the causeway of the same name) plays a pivotal role in connecting much of the farms and communities south of the River Dant, being one of the few paths across the river. The causeway spanning across the river is an ancient relic from before the dark ages, worn by the passage of time and the endless flow of the River Dant. The community of Zenith's Crossing is itself a collection of craftsmen, farmers, and merchants who handle trade between the larger cities in the Naratian mountains. Trade peaks around the Harvest festival in autumn, when merchant caravans will visit en mass to stock the larders of cities for the winter, barons will claim their taxes, and even individuals willing to make the journey will come to pay cheaper coin from the wholesale source for their winter's stock.

Note: The river in the below map is not to scale. The River Dant's depth fluctuates depending on seasonal rainfall, while it's width remains constant at approximately 3000 feet. The causeway, and conversely, the settlement itself is built upon higher ground, keeping the residents safe from flooding.
